Enterprise Terms of Service

1. Scope of Enterprise Agreement

These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the ZurooEdu Institutional AI Platform by universities, colleges, and educational organizations contracted with ZUROO EDU PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Customer Data Ownership

The client institution retains exclusive ownership of all academic data, student records, and intellectual property ingested into the ZurooEdu platform. ZurooEdu claims no proprietary rights over institutional data.

3. Uptime SLA & High Availability

ZurooEdu provides enterprise customers with a 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) with multi-region disaster recovery failover.
