Principle 1: Mandatory Human-in-the-Loop Oversight

No high-stakes academic action (such as academic probation, scholarship revocation, or exam disbarment) can ever be executed autonomously by an AI agent. Human educators and advisors retain final authority.

Principle 2: Correlative Transparency Over Deterministic Claims

We reject deterministic claims of predicting student failure. Our models surface early correlative friction signals (such as attendance anomalies or missing prerequisites) with full explanatory context so advisors can offer constructive support.

Principle 3: Algorithmic Fairness & Bias Auditing

Our models undergo regular demographic parity audits to prevent systemic bias against students based on socioeconomic background, nationality, gender, or disability status.
