1. Institutional Commitment to Student Privacy
ZUROO EDU PRIVATE LIMITED ("ZurooEdu", "we", "us") is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of data security, institutional confidentiality, and privacy for educational institutions, faculty, and students.
2. Zero Foundation Model Training Guarantee
We explicitly warrant that student educational records, exam scores, attendance records, financial balances, and institutional documents are strictly isolated in single-tenant customer partitions and are NEVER used to train, retrain, or fine-tune public foundation AI models.
3. FERPA & Data Protection Compliance
ZurooEdu acts as an institutional data processor under FERPA (34 CFR § 99.31(a)(1)(i)(B)) and applicable global privacy regulations, operating strictly under the direct control and authorization of the client educational institution.
4. Data Encryption & Single-Tenant Isolation
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and all stationary records are protected using AES-256 field-level encryption with customer-managed cryptographic keys (CMEK) supported upon request.
